Todaro.

Gone for a week and came back with wet clothes, sore throat, new memories and lasting friendships. 5 days was definitely too short and I’m already missing my Todaro family. What makes Todaro special? Each and every person that makes up Todaro is the reason why Todaro is so special. To seeing you all soon!

One heart. One soul. Todaro.

New Chapters.

I haven’t been blogging for a long time. I need to remind myself to write more. :) Anyway next week starts the beginning of a new adventure! Lets start Cosa Nostra!

Of things to do next.

April 5, Sunday. Somewhere out there, its someone’s birthday. So happy birthday! :)
August is still far but I think time will pass by fast enough. Can’t wait for school to start. Can’t wait to meet new people and new environment. New chapter. But in the meantime, Magic is my life for the moment. Living and breathing magic. :)

Of Past Memories

17 and 19 March 2009 were the 2 days I was invited to Marina Mandarin hotel by the Airport Police Division (APD) to perform for their Dinner and Dance 09, “Superstars Nite”.

It was fun performing for APD and I bet they thoroughly enjoyed the performance, especially my last magic effect where everyone was laughing, clapping and having fun!

I’ll probably post the pictures up soon but, in the mean time, here are some pictures from 5 Jan 2009 in APD where I performed for their New Year’s Celebration in their APD’s Got Talent Competition in “Fiesta 2009”. I won first place with my Magic Act. Woohoo! Enjoy the pictures.

Just in case you want to know the voting is done by giving everyone a sticker and having them paste it on the person/group that they think should win. :)

Of Magicians and Mathematicians

Found a funny comic strip about poker. I think it applies to magicians as well.

It’s from here http://plusev.keenspot.com/d/20060906.html

Waffles

A nice place to have waffles! Best of all, it has a waffle buffet!

A Picture Says A Thousand Words

Of NS.

Looking back, 1 year 10 months of NS was really fast and full of skills learned, confidence gained and friends made.
The first 6 months at camp was actually fun. After being stuck there for what seems like a few months, you actually get to adjust to the system and the place really becomes home. But mentally, you don’t learn anything. Haaa.. You just get scolded a lot and start feeling deprived. But hey, that’s why it’s call NS. The rest of the 4 months and 1 year was more of work and less of playing. Yes, you don’t get scolded much. Yes, you don’t do push ups for any screw ups. Still, it has its cons.
At the end of the day, you would have matured to be a better person from NS and every guy should go through it.
